Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be primarily be responsible for collecting and accurately reflect accounts receivable of the facility Duties Develop and maintain strong relationships with resident families. Handling billing and collection per prescribed procedures. Handle resident trust fund duties as assigned. Admissions for new residents. Communication with insurance companies and submitting documents requested for continued payment Promote effective work relationships with the administrator,medical staff, personnel,volunteers,agencies and management staff affiliated with the facility. Engage in consultative selling by demonstrating product value, addressing client challenges, and guiding decision-making processes. Attend and participate in daily meetings Adhere to the code of conduct,compliance program,hipaa standard and computer usage agreement. Qualifications Computer Skills Maintain effective interpersonal relationships and work well with the general public. Ability to meet and deal with a variety of employees,residents and relatives. Healthcare accounting and/or billing experience preferred but not required. High School Diploma Required.
