AM Scope of Work:
The individual in this role will be proficient in processing transactions, including new account opening, customer service interactions, and problem resolution. The individual will be knowledgeable of our company's products and services to effectively meet the customer's needs and provide a superior level of customer service. This position may oversee daily branch responsibilities in the absence of management. Essential Functions (3): Sales
  • Responsible for the sale and service of all deposit and consumer loan products and provides qualified referrals to other business lines. Meets assigned sales and referral goals. Customer Experience
  • Displays the following attributes: friendly, outgoing, projects a positive image, professional, courteous, resolves problems quickly and efficiently, and is respectful to customers. Team Support
  • Provides support and assistance to other branch staff by maintaining proficiency with technology, policies and procedures in order to process a variety of transactions accurately and efficiently.
Such transactions may include deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, check cashing, verifying incoming/outgoing cash, and daily balancing of cash drawer/vaults. This individual may oversee daily branch responsibilities in the absence of management, including opening and closing the branch.

Certifications & Licenses Required:

Displays high level of regard for trust and confidentiality Proficient in Microsoft Office Products Displays strong written and verbal communication skills Displays strong organization skills and the ability to multi-task to meet established deadlines Demonstrates a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Effectively uses analytical skills to solve technical, as well as, non-technical problems Prior knowledge of banking regulations is preferred Ability to adapt to change
Desired Job Experience :
1-2 years of related experience in financial services Experience in a professional, service focused and fast-paced environment

High school or
General Education Diploma Working Conditions & Minimum Physical Requirements:
