Key Responsibilities:

Welcome members with a smile while providing friendly, professional service during each interaction. Accurately process deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other routine financial transactions. Listen to members' needs and recommend credit union products and services that support their financial goals. Educate members on available solutions while identifying opportunities to deepen member relationships.

Position Requirements:

High school diploma required or general education degree (GED); plus two to five years related experience and 12 months' experience in a sales/service role within the financial services industry or other types of retail businesses. Strong analytical abilities, highly motivated, goal oriented, excellent member service skills, good communicator, strong organizational and interpersonal skills Must be able to work rotating Saturdays Bilingual preferred We are an
