Customer Service Representative
- Minneapolis, MN
- | •12-Month Contract-to-Hire• Overview A leading financial services organization in Minneapolis is seeking Customer Service Representatives to support Financial Professionals by providing guidance on products, policies, procedures, and account-related inquiries.
- Handle 60-70 inbound calls daily from Financial Professionals.
- Research and communicate policy and procedural information accurately.
- Support inquiries related to annuity and life insurance products.
- Assist with policyholder benefits, claims, and new business processing.
- Provide support with registration and system navigation.
- Follow up on outstanding requests and inquiries as needed.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service excellence.
- Accurately document interactions and adhere to established procedures. Training & Development This position includes a comprehensive training program designed to ensure long-term success:
- 6 weeks of classroom training
- 3 months of guided phone training
- 3-month Capstone period with continued coaching and development Attendance during training is critical. Time off during the training and Capstone periods is generally not permitted unless approved in advance. Performance Expectations Employees are evaluated on:
- Quality of customer interactions
- Accuracy of information provided
- Call handling efficiency
- Customer service skills
- Attendance and punctuality Regular coaching sessions, quality reviews, and one-on-one performance discussions are provided to support ongoing development. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a professional environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems
- Reliable internet connection with:
- Minimum 50 Mbps download speed
- Minimum 10 Mbps upload speed Preferred Qualifications
- Call center experience
- Financial services experience
- Insurance, benefits, or pension plan knowledge
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree

- Pay and Benefits
- The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
