We're looking for a motivated, results-driven professional to identify opportunities, connect with prospective clients, and help grow our business. Gradient Financial Group is a financial services organization with twelve specialized entities, including Gradient Life Brokerage, which provides life insurance solutions to Financial Services Professionals. We offer access to 24+ carriers to ensure we meet every client's needs. What You'll Do Meet monthly activity goals, including phone dial time and outbound call requirements. Prospect and build relationships with potential candidates and clients through phone outreach Follow up with prospects in a timely manner and maintain consistent communication throughout the sales process. Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and sales activities in CRM systems. Register Financial Services Professionals for training events. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client and candidate experience. Attend required training events and participate in ongoing professional development. Consistently work toward achieving individual and team sales goals. Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly. All other duties as assigned. What you Bring High School Diploma or GED
  • Required Previous customer service experience
  • Preferred Previous financial services industry experience
  • Preferred Basic knowledge of annuities, insurance, securities, and investment advisory products and services
