Treasury Services Relationship Banker Coastal States Bank - 4.0 Mount Pleasant, SC Job Details Full-time 1 hour ago Qualifications Commercial banking expertise High school diploma or GED Productivity software Technical Proficiency Full Job Description This position plays a key role responsible for identifying, analyzing, selling and supporting cash management products and services to established business customers and targeted prospective corporate clients. The Treasury Services Relationship Banker will build and maintain a pipeline of customer opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction. The Treasury Services Relationship Banker contributes to the bank's deposit growth strategies and goals; generates additional revenue from the sale of cash management products and services. Regular travel is required as the position covers the Lowcountry region. Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
Essential Position Responsibilities:
Proactively works with Commercial Lenders and Retail Bankers to facilitate the sales strategies to support revenue growth and business development efforts throughout the Lowcountry market area. Proactively deliver service and product solutions to current and prospective clients on a needs-based, cost-benefit driven model. This includes the development of new profitable Treasury Management relationships and the ongoing consultative support for TM clients. Develop sales proposals and determine pricing strategies for treasury services. Process and validate new client set ups and maintenance request for Treasury Management Products. Complete product demonstration, documentation, setup, and training for new basic Online Business Banking Services (eCorp). Primary contact role for small to medium sized businesses to perform account research, account maintenance and problem solving, and address any servicing issues. Maintain a strong working knowledge of treasury products and how they apply to customer business needs. Initiates new deposit account openings for clients. Possess working knowledge of the Bank's products and services. Possess effective communication skills including good presentation and partnering skills. Maintain standards of professionalism, customer service, teamwork, attendance and punctuality. Maintain customer satisfaction and confidence by representing the bank in a positive manner, maintaining confidentiality, answering various questions and conducting business in a professional manner. Complete all mandatory training sessions as required by management. Comply with bank procedures and follow regulatory, operational and security guidelines. Contribute to the bank team effort by working on special projects and reports, performing other job-related duties, at the discretion of the Regional President.

High school graduate or equivalent is required. Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or Accounting preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience. 2-5 years' experience in bank Treasury Management Sales or Retail Sales are required. Advanced computer skills required, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Ability to learn new and business software. Proficient with Fiserv, TM and other bank systems is required.
Training:
Responsible for the timely completion of all required compliance training such has BSA, Information Security, and other job specific training as assigned.
BSA Compliance:
Complies as required with relevant Bank policies and procedures related to BSA, including accurate and timely capture of CIP, Customer Due Diligence, and Beneficial Ownership data, as well as informing management and the compliance team of suspicious activity and increased risk related to specific clients.
Additional Requirements:
The responsibility to acquire and maintain the required knowledge of State and Federal Banking regulations and policies.
Work Environment/Physical Demands:
Professional office environment. While performing the duties of this position, the team member is regularly required to operate standard office equipment. The team member is frequently required to communicate and perceive. The position is primarily stationary and not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions and requires sedentary work such as exerting up to 10 pounds of force 5% of the time and a negligible amount of force approximately 95% of the time.
