What You'll Do This candidate will use a customer-focused, needs-based approach to educate clients about banking options and is responsible for soliciting and/or developing and maintaining profitable account relationships primarily with ag producers and agri-business customers, along with business customers. This position is also responsible for the overall success and growth of assigned sales territory and cross selling bank products and services. What We're Looking For Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to read, interpret, and analyze procedures, legal documents, and financial reports with the highest degree of complexity Ability to effectively present complex information and respond to questions from Managers, Employees, and/or Customers Background & Experience A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Agriculture-related field and 5 years of banking or sales experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job.
