Gibson Electric has a Member Service Representative position now open in the Trenton Member Service Center at 1207 S College St., Trenton, TN. This position serves as the point of contact for members, courteously and professionally providing assistance; promotes Gibson's products and services; establishes and maintains accounts; receives payments; reviews past due balances; makes collection calls, etc.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Qualified applicants must have a high school diploma or the equivalent, have excellent customer service skills, computer skills (including typing and 10-key), cash handling skills (including accurate processing of transactions, balancing, and working deposits), multi-tasking skills, as well as meet other qualifications listed in the position description.
