Foundations Behavioral Consulting Building Strong Foundations Together Foundations Behavioral Consulting is a growing, family-centered ABA practice providing in-home and community-based services to children with autism and developmental disabilities. We are seeking compassionate, dependable, and motivated Behavior Technicians to join our team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of the families we serve. This is a wonderful opportunity for individuals interested in psychology, education, special education, speech therapy, social work, or anyone passionate about helping children grow and succeed. Paid training and supervision toward RBT certification are provided.

Responsibilities:

Implement individualized ABA programs under the supervision of a BCBA Provide 1:1 therapy in home and community settings Collect and record accurate data during sessions Support development of communication, social, and daily living skills Follow behavior intervention plans and prompting procedures Communicate professionally with families and supervisors

Qualifications:

High school diploma required (Bachelor's preferred or in progress) Experience working with children preferred but not required
