Job Description

Wholesale Relationship Management is responsible for developing, expanding, and maintaining relationships with commercial and institutional clients to support their financial needs and drive growth across the organizations wholesale banking portfolio.
Activities include:
Identifying client opportunities Delivering tailored financial solutions Coordinating product specialists Providing guidance across lending, treasury, capital, and advisory services Responsibilities also include managing the end-to-end client experience, monitoring portfolio performance, ensuring strong credit and risk practices, and collaborating with internal partners to support efficient onboarding, servicing, and issue resolution. Responsibilities typically include:
Working independently with general supervision. Problems faced are difficult but typically not complex. May influence others within the job area through explanation of facts, policies and practices. Knowledge & Experience Bachelor's Degree required; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered Typically requires 3 - 5+ years prior experience, with practical knowledge of job area Experience prospecting, calling on, and servicing businesses of varying size and complexity. Possess a strong degree of self-motivation, self-discipline, and time management skills. Additional Information Calling segment are business clients in the $1MM - $10MM annual revenues range.
Market Geography:
The greater Hampton Roads region, Northern Neck, Eastern Shore, and Northeastern NC. Required Certifications/Licenses May require obtaining and/or maintaining NMLS registration Compensation offered will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location, etc. The salary range for this role is $82,600--$148,700.
