About the Role We're excited to welcome an enthusiastic Member Relationship Representative (MRR) to our branch team! In this dual-role position, you'll split your time between building financial relationships and supporting daily teller operations. From opening new accounts and processing consumer loans to accurately handling cash transactions, you'll support a variety of member needs while delivering an exceptional member experience. What You'll Do You'll play a key role in helping members improve their financial lives by building meaningful relationships, uncovering opportunities to save them money, and recommending solutions that fit their goals. As an MRR, you'll serve as a trusted financial partner by: Educating and guiding members on financial products tailored to their needs Proactively identifying opportunities to help members save money and simplify their finances Opening new accounts and onboarding while providing ongoing support Taking and processing consumer loan applications Supporting day-to-day branch operations , including transactions and account inquiries Engaging with members to build lasting relationships through in-person and phone interactions Collaborating with team members and other departments to achieve goals What We're Looking For We're looking for someone adaptable, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
