Tuition Reimbursement Program Employee Assistance Program Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Review shipments that fail to auto rate, insert necessary information and send back to auto rating system. Report auto rate failures to proper personnel for review and resolution when possible. Determine classification of articles being shipped when necessary using NMFC (National Motor Freight Classification). Manually apply applicable charges when necessary. Interprets and correctly applies rating applications found the AACT customers Tariffs and Contracts. Maintain file of rate charts, tariffs and agreements as needed for manual application of rates and charges. Provides feedback to Central Billing on errors found. Processes Weight and Inspection corrections and re-rates nightly to ensure a corrected invoice is received by the customer at the time of delivery or invoicing Process correction request received from terminal personnel. Process reweigh corrections that fail to auto rate. Communicate with terminal personnel to accommodate auto rating and enhance accuracy. Answers phone calls received from Internal and External customers. This is not an all-inclusive list of job requirements and/or duties.Pay Range:

Job Requirements Skills, Experience and Training Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent (associate or 4 year degree preferred). LTL industry knowledge and experience preferred. Strong attention to detail required. Math skill proficiency and basic algebra highly preferred Typing, computer keyboard and calculator skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel desired. Strong verbal and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and organizational skills. Ability to learn quickly and apply new concepts.Category:
