Bassir Law Group is a recognized and leading Personal Injury Firm, located in Woodland Hills. The ideal candidate is responsible for effectively managing pre-litigation matters from inception to settlement.

Essential Duties and Qualifications:

• Has thorough understanding of the various types of personal injury claims and working knowledge of how to handle them from A to Z, more specifically, from the initial filing of the claim to preparation of settlement demand package
• Handles vehicle property damage and total loss claims with auto insurance companies in every aspect, to include recovery of deductible, reimbursement for out-of-pocket expenses such as car rental and towing.
• Coordinates client medical treatment methodically with lien medical providers as needed, such as: chiropractors, diagnostic imaging centers, orthopedists, neurologists, and other specialists; responsible for oversight of all medical treatment and documenting it properly in file.
• Minimum 5 years personal injury case management experience. Compensation based on experience.
• Strong communication skills are a must, as you will be expected to communicate with insurance companies on a daily basis to resolve issues, in addition to providing excellent customer service to our clients, keeping them informed throughout the duration of their cases, returning all client phone calls and inquiries in a timely manner.
• Must have strong computer skills and be fully proficient with
