Full-Time Position M-F (7:30AM-4:30AM) Laura Automotive Group is seeking a detail-oriented and organized full-time Rebate Specialist to join our team! This position plays an important role in ensuring new vehicle sales documentation and manufacturer rebates are processed accurately and efficiently. The Rebate Specialist is responsible for reviewing and auditing sold new vehicle documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and proper submission of manufacturer rebates. This position manages rebate submissions and receivables, maintains accurate rebate records, and works closely with the Office Manager and Rebates Lead to identify and resolve discrepancies.Essential Duties:
Report daily new vehicle deliveries accurately and timely. Submit applicable rebates and incentives to the appropriate Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). Maintain current rebate and incentive information provided by OEMs. Maintain, monitor, and reconcile rebate schedules and receivables. Review outstanding rebate receivables with the Office Manager and dealership leadership. Audit sold new vehicle packets to ensure all required documentation is accurate and complete. Identify discrepancies, missing documentation, or inconsistencies and assist with resolving issues. Follow up on outstanding or rejected rebate submissions as needed. Maintain organized and accurate records related to rebate submissions, payments, and supporting documentation. Handle dealership and customer information with appropriate confidentiality. Communicate professionally with dealership departments, management, and manufacturer representatives as needed. Remain fully compliant with all required Company HR, safety, and compliance training. Maintain a professional and courteous attitude and adhere to Company appearance and grooming standards. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.Company Description:
