This position demands exceptional technical skills, excellent customer service, and a commitment to Tiger's high standards of quality.

HVAC Service Technician Schedule :
Monday- Friday, Saturday rotationPay:
Hourly, $25.00-$40.00 + commissions and incentivesRole Responsibilities:
Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps. Perform system maintenance and service and ensure compliance with safety protocols and local codes. Conduct routine maintenance checks to optimize system efficiency. Provide accurate estimates and timelines for repairs or installations. Educate customers on system operation and maintenance tips. Uphold Tiger's commitment to exceptional customer service. Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment in excellent condition. Document all work performed and communicate with team members and clients.Required Experience:
At least two years of experience in residential HVAC service, maintenance, or installation. HVAC certification (EPA Universal preferred). Strong understanding of HVAC systems, tools, and diagnostic equipment. Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset. Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in tight spaces or elevated areas. Capable of working in various weather conditions.Compensation & Benefits:
