Keeping track of each file. File Manager position 1. Responsible for communication with the new client, production staff and the insurance adjuster (if an insurance claim) and all parties involved with the claim. 2. Must have good communication skills. 3. Must be familiar with insurance claims. 4. Must be proficient in Microsoft and excel and spreadsheet creation 5. Quick Books accounting software will be helpful (experience) but not necessary 6. Must be able to type at least 49 wpm 7. Must be very organized and a fast learner for fast pace office 8. Must be very detail oriented 9. Must be able to follow directions well and very comfortable dealing with clients in a high stressed environment. 10. Must be good with numbers and able to get familiar with Insurance scope of work rather quickly 11. Have to be comfortable working independently and with others Must Maintain the file through the total restoration or emergency service for a particular client. Provide informative information to the client and collecting payments per contract from client. Prepare weekly reporting to upper management regarding status of the clients file and progression Make sure that a client's file is being seamlessly handle between production and file management, schedule necessary meeting with client through office support and schedule all walk throughs and inspections Life insurance, current paid time off and 401(k).
