Warranty Services Analyst/Claim Analyst Minneapolis, MN | Onsite 12-Month Contract-to-Permanent #GRPC We are seeking a Warranty Services Analyst with strong experience in warranty and service contracts to manage dealer/customer claims and support claims analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

Process, analyze, and adjudicate warranty and service contract claims . Work directly with dealers and customers regarding claims and warranty matters. Review claims for suspect activity, trends, and patterns . Research and analyze dealer warranty performance to help reduce warranty spend. Handle phone calls and emails while providing excellent customer service. Prepare reports and perform claims/data analysis. Support warranty policy, procedure, and process improvements.

Requirements:

3+ years of warranty, service contract, claims, or related experience — strongly preferred. Bachelor's Degree required. Strong experience with claims processing/adjudication and analysis . Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong Excel, Word, and Outlook skills. Experience working with systems/databases.
