Warranty Services Analyst Minneapolis, MN | Onsite 12-Month Contract-to-Permanent #GRPB Looking for a Warranty Services Analyst with strong warranty/service contract and claims experience .

Key Responsibilities:

Process, analyze, and adjudicate warranty/service contract claims. Work with dealers and customers via phone and email. Identify suspicious activity, trends, and claim patterns. Analyze warranty data and prepare reports. Support process and policy improvements.

Requirements:

3+ years of warranty, service contract, or claims experience. Bachelor's Degree required. Strong claims analysis/adjudication and communication skills. Proficiency with Excel, Word, and Outlook . Experience with claims systems/databases.
