QUALIFICATIONS

03/27/27 for now, but continuously evaluated based on business need and performance
Additional Details:
Internet plan with Download speed: 25 MB/sec Internet Upload speed: 8 MB/sec Must be able to have client computer plug directly into the router within their home. Must not work over WIFI connection in their home regardless of upload or download speed. The position is remote. We prefer they be on Eastern or Central time zone. No CA or NY hires please. Equipment will be provided (desktop, monitors, keyboard, mouse, headset, cables) but they may need to use a personal device to attend at the start of training. This will depend on arrival of equipment. Must have high-speed, broadband internet service with the following speeds: Training Schedule Starting Monday August 17th, 2026 Monday through Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm ET (assuming a 1-hour, unpaid lunch) 2-week training
After Training Standard Hours of Operation:
8:00 am-5:00 pm ET (might be some flexibility on Refund Specialist start and end times, depending on performance) 8.5-hour total shift including a 30-minute, unpaid lunch (8-hour workday) Rep will work their standard schedule Monday through Friday (40-hour workweek) Education & Licensing High school diploma or GED required. They do not need to be licensed. One (1) year of general office experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Claims industry experience preferred. Candidates need to be quick decision makers and be able to work in fast paced environment. Skills & Knowledge Knowledge of first party property and casualty claim adjudication as applicable to line of business Good oral and written communication, including presentation skills PC literate, including Microsoft Office products Analytical and interpretive skills Good organizational skills Good interpersonal skills Ability to work in a team environment Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies
