Position:

Medical Insurance Verification Specialist

Pay:

$17.00/hour + Benefits (Full-Time)

Start Dates:

October and November Work From Home:

Company equipment provided and shipped directly to your home

Schedule:

Assigned 8-hour shift, Monday through Friday, between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM EST

Must be available to work any assigned shift within operating hours

Location:

Open to U.S. residents only

Comprehensive Training:

Receive the tools, support, and resources needed to succeed Key Responsibilities Verify insurance coverage and benefits for prescription medications

Assist patients in obtaining coverage and navigating insurance requirements

Handle inbound and outbound calls with patients, insurance carriers, guarantors, and healthcare partners

Research accounts and document activities using call center software

Communicate with insurance companies to resolve coverage issues and obtain necessary information

Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and company quality standards

Meet established productivity and performance metrics

Qualifications Required:

Minimum of 1 year of recent medical insurance verification or benefits experience (required, no exceptions)

Experience with insurance verification, prior authorizations, claims processing, and HIPAA compliance

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to navigate multiple systems and learn new software quickly

Dedicated, secure, and distraction-free workspace

High-speed internet with hardwired modem connection
