We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused professional to help clients find the right insurance coverage while building strong relationships and generating new business. Duties Quote and sell personal lines insurance products. Assist new and existing customers with coverage options, renewals, and policy questions. Generate new business through calls, referrals, and community outreach. Build strong customer relationships and provide excellent service. Maintain accurate customer and policy information in our management systems. Follow company procedures and insurance regulations. Requirements Active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty Insurance License required. Insurance sales or customer service experience preferred. Strong communication and sales skills. Comfortable working with computers, CRM/agency management systems, and Microsoft Office. Self-motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented. Bilingual English/Spanish is highly desirable.
