Conduct thorough analysis of clients' insurance portfolios to recommend appropriate products across health, life, property, and casualty lines. Negotiate policy terms and premiums with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements while ensuring compliance with insurance regulations. Manage sales administration tasks efficiently using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools to track leads, follow-ups, and policy details. Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and product updates in commercial insurance to provide accurate advice. Assist clients with benefits administration, claims processes, and policy renewals to ensure ongoing satisfaction. Experience Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales environments with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities in bilingual or multilingual settings. Familiarity with insurance products such as health, life, property casualty, or commercial insurance is highly desirable. Knowledge of insurance regulation standards and compliance requirements across different regions. Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office suite, and sales administration tools to streamline client management. Demonstrated ability to analyze client needs thoroughly and develop tailored insurance solutions. Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building long-term client relationships through effective communication.
