HOW THE COMMISSION WORKS
Every agent starts at a 30% base commission . Our commission structure is tier-based , meaning your commission percentage increases based on how many policies you close during each pay period. High-producing agents can earn up to 40% commission . More sales = higher commission percentage. On top of your commission, you'll receive an additional $10
- 20 bonus for every sale .
WHAT YOU'LL GET
Up to 120 leads per day Approximately 30-45 policy sales every two weeks for agents who utilize the available lead volume and perform at expected production levels All leads and customers provided Inbound and outbound opportunities 30% base commission Opportunity to reach 40% commission through the tier system $10

REQUIREMENTS
