This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, communicating over the phone, and learning new skills. You will work with individuals who have already shown interest in life insurance, answer their questions, identify their needs, and assist eligible customers with the next steps in the application process. Previous insurance or sales experience is not required. We provide training, coaching, call guidance, scripts, and ongoing support to help you become successful in the role. What You'll Do Respond to inbound calls from prospective customers who are seeking information about life insurance. Have professional conversations with customers to understand their personal goals, coverage needs, financial circumstances, and relevant health information. Present life insurance products and coverage options in a straightforward, easy-to-understand way. Help customers review available options based on the information they provide. Establish rapport and create a professional, respectful, and positive customer experience. Assist qualified customers with completing applications and moving through the enrollment process. Contact prospective customers when additional follow-up is needed. Record customer conversations, information, notes, and application activity accurately in the company CRM. Follow established call procedures, scripts, privacy policies, and regulatory requirements. Attend scheduled training, coaching sessions, meetings, and other team activities. Consistently meet established attendance, productivity, and performance expectations. What We're Looking For No prior life insurance or sales background is necessary. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to listen carefully and ask thoughtful questions. Comfortable having frequent conversations with customers by telephone. Professional attitude with a dependable and positive approach to work. Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and apply coaching. Ability to communicate complex information in a clear and conversational manner. Comfortable operating in a structured, goal-oriented, and fast-moving workplace. Basic computer proficiency and accurate typing/data-entry skills. Ability to follow established procedures, scripts, and compliance requirements. An active life insurance license is a plus, but it is not required when applying . The right candidate will be reliable, enthusiastic, receptive to coaching, and willing to follow a structured process. You should be comfortable interacting with people from a variety of backgrounds and able to remain patient, focused, and professional throughout each customer conversation. Training & Development New team members will receive comprehensive training designed to prepare them for the position.
Training may include:
Fundamentals of life insurance Understanding customer needs Effective inbound call techniques Communicating coverage and product information Application and enrollment procedures CRM and customer record management Professional sales communication Company policies and compliance standards Privacy and customer information requirements Work Setting This position involves spending a significant portion of the workday communicating with customers by phone while using a computer to document conversations and update customer records. Successful representatives should be able to stay organized, maintain attention to detail, manage multiple tasks, and remain professional and engaged throughout the workday.
