Bilingual Insurance Agent
- Paid Training Available We are seeking a motivated, dependable, and customer-focused Bilingual Insurance Agent to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable working with customers, and interested in building a career in the insurance industry. Previous insurance experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate. Applicants who are not currently licensed are welcome to apply; however, they must be willing and able to obtain the required California insurance license within 90 days of employment. Spanish and English bilingual proficiency is required. Schedule This position is scheduled Monday through Saturday, with one weekday off each week. Saturdays are mandatory. Candidates must also be able to work at either of our office locations as needed: North Hills Office 9510 Sepulveda Blvd North Hills, CA Sylmar Office 13517 Hubbard St Sylmar, CA What We Offer Paid training Weekly pay Hands-on insurance industry experience Opportunity to obtain your insurance license and grow within the company Supportive team environment Experience working with multiple insurance carriers and customers with a variety of coverage needs Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service to new and existing clients. Assist customers with insurance quotes, policy questions, payments, endorsements, and other service needs. Evaluate client insurance needs and help identify appropriate coverage options. Prepare insurance quotes and explain coverage, deductibles, payment options, and policy terms clearly. Follow up with prospective customers regarding quotes and insurance needs. Generate new business through incoming leads, outbound calls, referrals, and customer follow-up. Assist clients with insurance applications and required documentation. Communicate professionally with insurance carriers and underwriting departments when necessary. Maintain accurate and detailed customer records. Document client communications, policy changes, and follow-up activity in our agency management system. Provide bilingual assistance to Spanish-speaking clients. Follow company procedures and applicable insurance regulations. Meet established customer service, sales, and follow-up expectations. Candidates hired without an insurance license will be provided an opportunity to train and must successfully obtain the required insurance license within 90 days of their start date in order to continue performing licensed insurance duties.
