Overview We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative and Customer Service Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and support through various communication channels. Your responsibilities will include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting our products and services to meet client needs. Bilingual proficiency is highly valued, and experience in call center environments is preferred. Having a Department of Insurance license, such as P&C or Life/Health, is a plus and can enhance your effectiveness in this role. Duties Communicate effectively with clients via phone and other channels to address inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues promptly. Engage in customer service problem-solving to ensure client satisfaction and foster positive relationships. Promote and sell products or services tailored to client needs, supporting sales objectives through consultative interactions. Maintain detailed records of client interactions, transactions, and feedback to improve service quality. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless client experiences. Stay informed about company offerings, policies, and industry regulations; having a Department of Insurance license (P&C or Life/Health) is advantageous. Assist in identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling based on client needs and preferences. Provide bilingual support as needed to serve a diverse customer base effectively. Requirements Proven experience in customer service roles, preferably within a call center environment. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual proficiency is highly desirable. Ability to handle customer inquiries with professionalism, patience, and problem-solving skills. Experience with client communication tools and CRM systems is a plus. Knowledge of insurance products or licensing (P&C or Life/Health) from the Department of Insurance is beneficial but not mandatory; it's considered an advantage. Previous experience in customer service sales or client services is preferred. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
