Veronica's Insurance is hiring motivated, outgoing, customer-focused individuals to join our sales team. We are currently hiring for multiple offices throughout the Los Angeles area, including Alvarado, East Los Angeles, El Monte, and Vermont-area locations . Insurance experience is not required. We are willing to train the right person. If you have experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, call centers, auto sales, wireless sales, door-to-door sales, or another customer-facing role , we encourage you to apply. We are also open to motivated candidates with limited work experience who are confident communicating with people, eager to learn, dependable, and interested in building a career in sales and insurance. What You'll Do Assist customers with insurance quotes and coverage options Generate and follow up on leads Build relationships with new and existing customers Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services Work toward individual and office sales goals Handle inbound and outbound customer calls Complete applications, documentation, and customer transactions accurately Follow company underwriting and compliance procedures Ask for referrals and identify additional sales opportunities Provide professional and friendly customer service Learn Veronica's Insurance systems, products, and sales processes Who We're Looking For We're looking for people who are: Comfortable talking to customers and building relationships Motivated by sales goals and earning opportunities Confident, energetic, and professional Coachable and willing to learn Dependable and accountable Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment Able to communicate clearly and professionally Willing to learn insurance products, systems, and procedures Previous insurance experience is NOT required.
