Insurance Agent Trainee - Outbound Sales Direct 2U Insurance Services is looking for a motivated and energetic Insurance Agent Trainee to join our sales team. We are looking for someone with outbound sales or call center experience who is confident on the phone, comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls, and motivated by sales goals and bonuses. What You'll Do Make a high volume of outbound sales calls Contact prospective customers and generate insurance quotes Follow up consistently with leads and previous quotes Explain insurance options and help customers find the right coverage Work toward weekly and monthly sales and production goals Learn insurance products, coverages, and sales techniques Build the skills needed to grow into an experienced insurance sales agent What We're Looking For Outbound sales or call center experience preferred Comfortable making a high volume of calls throughout the day Strong phone communication and sales skills Confident speaking with prospective customers Goal-oriented, competitive, and motivated by bonuses Reliable, punctual, and professional Spanish-speaking is a plus Insurance experience is not required — we will train the right candidate Schedule Monday - Friday | 9:00 AM - 6:00 PMWeekends OFF Benefits & Perks Paid holidays Paid Time Off (PTO) 401(k) Performance bonuses Weekends off Training provided Growth and advancement opportunities If you have a background in outbound sales, telemarketing, or call center sales and are looking for an opportunity to build a career in the insurance industry, we want to hear from you!
