This role is a good fit for someone who already has commercial insurance experience and wants to learn more while growing within an agency. What You'll Do Review commercial policies, declarations pages, and endorsements to confirm coverage details. Gather information from clients, prepare quote submissions, and quote through carrier portals. Prepare and send accurate COIs, checking requests against the policy and flagging anything that needs an endorsement or further review. Follow up with clients, carriers, and underwriters on quotes, missing documents, policy changes, and renewals. Keep client records organized, track pending requests, and keep clients updated throughout the process. What We're Looking For Previous commercial insurance experience is required. We'll teach you our systems and office procedures, but you should already know how to read commercial policies, prepare quotes, and handle COI requests. You should be comfortable handling several requests at once, keeping track of deadlines, and following through without constant reminders. We're looking for someone who communicates well, pays attention to details, and asks questions rather than guessing when something is unclear. We'll help you build on what you already know so you can handle more complex accounts and become more confident in commercial insurance. Pay:

$23.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
