We are hiring an Insurance Account Representative who wants to build a sales career making a real difference for the people they live near — neighbors, local business owners, and families whose lives we are part of every day. This is local sales with real relationships at the center. Responsibilities Follow a structured sales process from first conversation through policy placement and follow-up Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline records in the agency system Meet weekly and monthly outreach and production goals Participate in product training and licensing coursework Set appointments and move prospects through the sales process Qualifications No prior sales experience required — we will train you Self-motivated and comfortable with consistent outreach and follow-up Willingness to obtain required insurance licenses Team-oriented with a positive, coachable attitude Strong phone presence and clear, confident communication Benefits Base salary plus performance-based commission 401(k) retirement plan with employer match Health insurance reimbursement Life insurance Paid time off (vacation, sick, and personal days) Paid company holidays Pay range: $50,000
