You will be trained personally by a second-generation State Farm agent with more than 40 years in the business, in an agency the Cashman family has run in Santa Barbara for more than 70 years. You will sell auto, home, life and health insurance, and help clients with retirement and investment planning, which is where the agency is growing. What we are looking for Proven ability or clear aptitude for sales, and comfort being measured on results Excellent phone and in-person communication A background in insurance, banking, financial services or another sales role. Strong recent graduates considered Willing to earn both California insurance licenses quickly. Already licensed is a strong plus Ideal, but not required: securities registrations (Series 6, 63 or 65) or a ChFC designation Spanish is a plus What we offer Hourly pay plus commission on what you sell Group health, dental and vision insurance Group life insurance, short-term and long-term disability
