Role Responsibilities:
Working directly with CEO's, business owners, and human resource (HR) managers to help solve their challenges through our voluntary benefits and other value-added services. Generating new business opportunities through company-provided leads and marketing efforts as well as personal networking and referrals. Conducting engaging sales presentations and enrollments at worksites and in remote environments. Providing excellent customer service and claims support to new and existing policyholders. Attending team meetings, product trainings and mentor sessions as encouraged by the Regional Manager.
Qualifications:
Willingness to obtain a health and life insurance license if not currently licensed. Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States without need of current or future employer sponsorship (required). Criminal background check (required). Positive can-do attitude and entrepreneurial mind set (preferred) Customer service or related experience (preferred). Excellent phone and communication skills (preferred).
