This is a professional sales role. You will meet with homeowners who have experienced storm damage and guide them through the insurance-covered roof replacement process.You will:
Engage with homeowners daily to assess roof damage and explain next steps Educate clients on the insurance restoration process Present clear, value-driven solutions with confidence Train weekly with leaders who push you to sharpen your craft Every conversation builds confidence, skill, and earning potential.EARNINGS AND CAREER PATH
Your growth is performance-driven and transparent. Sales Representative- $6,000-15,000 Field Trainer or Team Lead
- $15,000-25,000 per month Territory Manager and Expansion Leadership
