Responsibilities:
Customer Service Duties:
Address customer questions about Allstate products and services through various communication channels, ensuring prompt and helpful assistance. Follow up with customers regarding policy changes or updates, providing clear and concise information. Provide friendly and attentive customer service, addressing inquiries related to insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
Sales and Business Development:
Drive new business growth for the agency through proactive outreach via cold calls, referrals, and in-office visits. Collaborate with the agency team to achieve sales targets and promote cross-selling opportunities.
Administrative Tasks:
Manage various administrative tasks such as copying, mailing, managing media, and maintaining the company CRM to ensure smooth operations. Other duties as assigned.
