We're looking for motivated people — entry level or experienced — who are ready to build a real career in one of the most in-demand industries in the country. What you'll actually do You'll help individuals and families find the best health insurance options available to them — from ACA marketplace plans to private coverage. We provide the leads. Your job is to listen, understand what people need, and walk them through their options. Work warm, provided leads daily — no cold calling, no door knocking Qualify prospects and guide them through ACA and private plan options in plain language Hand off to a licensed agent to close, or close yourself once you're licensed Follow up with prospects and support them through enrollment Hit weekly targets with your manager and team around you every day No insurance license yet? No problem. We cover the full cost of your Florida 2-15 Health & Life license and walk you through the process from day one. You don't need it before you start. How you get paid — two clear phases No surprises, no fine print. Here's exactly how it works: Phase 1 Fronter $15/hour guaranteed $25 bonus for every policy written from your front No license required to start Begin earning bonuses from week one Phase 2 Licensed Agent $500/week draw or full commission — whichever is higher We front your 2-40 license, carrier appointments & state contracts No payback deduction — ever Keep 100% of your earnings from day one as a licensed agent ✓ We invest in you. You keep everything you earn. What does Phase 1 actually look like in your pocket? A standard week at $12.50/hr is $500 before bonuses. Most new fronters hit 5-10 closed fronts per week within their first month. 5 fronts/week: $600 base + $125 in front bonuses = $725/week 8 fronts/week: $600 base + $200 in front bonuses = $800/week 10 fronts/week: $600 base + $250 in front bonuses = $850/week Your hourly rate is guaranteed regardless. Front bonuses stack on top every week.
