We're growing our Boca Raton sales team and looking for experienced agents who know how to build rapport, uncover customer needs, overcome objections, and close. You'll have the opportunity to sell both ACA and Limited Medical products , giving you multiple ways to earn from the same customer conversations. What We Offer $500-$600 weekly ACA base $20 per ACA enrollment 35% commission on Limited Medical premium Additional incentives available during Open Enrollment Weekly pay Paid training Inbound calls and live transfers Outbound data provided Multiple products to sell One-on-one coaching Opportunity for advancement and growth Experienced agents have the opportunity to earn approximately $1,000-$3,000 per week outside of Open Enrollment , with additional earning potential during OEP based on individual sales performance. You'll work with established sales and enrollment platforms including HealthSherpa, Zoho and Convoso , helping you stay focused on conversations and sales. What We're Looking For Active 2-15 or 2-40 Health Insurance License Licensed in 5+ states preferred Previous ACA, health insurance, or Limited Medical experience Strong communication and closing ability Confident objection-handling skills Ability to identify customer needs and recommend solutions Coachable, motivated, and professional Comfortable working in a fast-paced phone sales environment Schedule & Location Monday-Friday | 10:00 AM-6:00 PM Boca Raton, FL 33433 This is an in-office opportunity with a high-energy, supportive and family-oriented team.
