What We Offer High-quality inbound leads (no cold calling or recycled data) Competitive base pay + uncapped commissions Realistic earnings: $75,000•$150,000+ Weekly commission payouts Supportive, team-driven culture Ongoing professional training & development Convenient office location (Linton Blvd & I-95) Daily catered lunch Key Responsibilities Connect with qualified inbound leads and guide them through ACA plan options Evaluate clients' financial and healthcare needs Recommend the most suitable coverage solutions Build strong, long-term relationships with clients Follow up on applications to maximize enrollment conversions Stay up to date on ACA guidelines, compliance requirements, and policy changes Collaborate with your team to exceed individual and company goals Qualifications Active 2-15 or 2-40 Health Insurance License (required) Strong communication, sales, and closing skills Ability to simplify and explain complex insurance options clearly Driven, goal-oriented mindset Call center or telesales experience (preferred) Experience with HealthSherpa or Convoso (a plus) Multi-state licensing (a plus) Professional attitude and strong work ethic Schedule & Work Environment Full-time, on-site role (not remote)

Monday-Friday:
