Promote and sell property casualty insurance policies, explaining features and benefits clearly. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through ongoing communication and personalized service. Assist clients in understanding policy options, coverage details, and claims processes. Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any questions or concerns promptly. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, policy details, and sales activities. Stay informed about industry trends, new insurance products, and regulatory changes affecting property casualty insurance. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall customer experience. Qualifications Previous experience in insurance sales or customer service is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly. Customer-focused attitude with excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term client relationships. Knowledge of property casualty insurance products is advantageous but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential.
