We are currently seeking motivated and experienced Licensed Health & Life Insurance Sales Agents to join our growing in-office sales team in Fort Lauderdale. This position is ideal for licensed insurance professionals who are confident communicating with clients, comfortable working in a sales-driven environment, and motivated by performance-based earning opportunities. The successful candidate will assist prospective clients with health and life insurance options while providing professional service throughout the sales process. Responsibilities Speak with prospective clients regarding health and life insurance products Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions Explain policy options, benefits, coverage, and related information clearly Follow up with leads and prospective customers Build strong relationships with clients through professional communication Maintain accurate customer and sales information Work toward individual and team sales goals Provide excellent customer service throughout the enrollment and sales process Follow applicable insurance regulations and company procedures Requirements Active Florida 2-14 or 2-15 Insurance License required Previous insurance or sales experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Confident phone and closing skills Professional and customer-focused attitude Self-motivated and results-oriented Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced sales environment Reliable and able to work full-time from our Fort Lauderdale office Ability to meet and exceed established sales goals Earning potential is based on individual performance and sales results.
