Insurance Sales Agent In office | Full-Time | Hourly plus
Commission What We're Looking For:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Health and Life Insurance Agent to join our in-office team. This role is responsible for assisting clients with selecting appropriate health and life insurance plans, providing education on coverage options, and ensuring a smooth enrollment process. The ideal candidate is driven, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering excellent customer service. Both Medicare and Under 65 Agents are welcome to apply. Do you have sales experience but no license? No problem! We will work on getting you a license!

Key Responsibilities Meet with clients in-office, on the phone, and online to assess their insurance needs and recommend suitable health and life insurance products Educate clients on policy options, benefits, and coverage details Assist clients through the application and enrollment process Maintain compliance with all state and federal insurance regulations Follow up with prospects and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention Handle inbound and outbound calls, inquiries, and appointments (cold calling is required) Maintain accurate client records and documentation in CRM systems Stay up to date on product knowledge, industry trends, and carrier guidelines Collaborate with team members and leadership to achieve sales goals Qualifications Active Health Insurance License (required) 240 or 215 is accepted Previous sales or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build rapport and trust with clients Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems Self-motivated with a strong work ethic Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment Compensation and Perks Hourly pay plus uncapped commissions 401k 401k
