We're looking for someone who is: Ambitious and motivated by goals Comfortable talking with people and building relationships Coachable and willing to learn Professional, dependable and accountable Confident enough to take initiative Persistent without being pushy Comfortable working in a sales-focused environment Interested in building a career — not simply finding their next job Entrepreneurial-minded and interested in learning how a business operates A Property & Casualty insurance license is required or must be obtained within the designated onboarding period. Additional licensing and professional development may be required as you advance. Where Could This Lead? That part is up to you. Our goal is not simply to teach you how to sell an insurance policy. High-performing individuals may have the opportunity to pursue additional Farmers® development programs and potentially work toward becoming a Farmers agency owner, subject to applicable eligibility, licensing, program and appointment requirements.
