Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member Position Overview If you are motivated by performance and want to be rewarded for your work, this Account Representative opportunity with Jason Dunn State Farm in Danville, Kentucky offers a base pay structure plus commission with strong earning potential. We are looking for someone driven, coachable, and ready to put in the work to grow. Responsibilities Identify and qualify leads, then convert qualified opportunities into appointments and applications Maintain accurate activity and pipeline records in the agency system Meet weekly and monthly outreach and production goals Participate in product training and licensing coursework Set appointments and move prospects through the sales process Qualifications No prior experience required — we will train you Self-motivated and comfortable with consistent outreach and follow-up Willingness to obtain required insurance licenses Team-oriented with a positive, coachable attitude Strong phone presence and clear, confident communication Benefits Base salary plus performance-based commission 401(k) retirement plan with employer match Health insurance Life insurance Disability insurance Paid time off (vacation, sick, and personal days) Paid company holidays Clear career advancement paths Company events, contests, and team lunches Pay range: $50,000-$80,000 per year This includes base salary, commissions, and bonuses.
