Sales experience preferred, but not required Position Overview WIN Financial Agency is expanding and seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Life Insurance Brokers . In this role, you will work directly with individuals and families to identify their financial protection needs, explain available life insurance options, and help clients apply for appropriate coverage. We are looking for individuals who are professional, coachable, comfortable communicating with people, and motivated by a performance-based sales environment. Previous insurance experience is not required. Training and licensing guidance are available for qualified candidates. Responsibilities As a Life Insurance Broker, you will: Speak with prospective clients about their life insurance and financial protection needs Conduct client consultations and needs-based assessments Educate clients on available insurance products and coverage options Recommend appropriate solutions based on client needs and carrier guidelines Assist clients throughout the application and underwriting process Follow up with prospective and existing clients Develop new client relationships through prospecting, networking, referrals, and other approved marketing activities Maintain accurate client and prospect records Participate in ongoing product, sales, compliance, and professional-development training Maintain all required state insurance licenses and follow applicable insurance regulations What We ProvideTraining & Development New brokers receive training designed to develop the skills needed to succeed in insurance sales, including: Insurance fundamentals Product education Client consultations Prospecting and relationship building Sales communication Application and underwriting procedures Compliance Business and professional development Our goal is to create a structured environment where motivated individuals can continuously improve their skills and performance. Access to Multiple Insurance Carriers Licensed brokers may have access to products from multiple insurance carriers, allowing them to evaluate different solutions when working with clients. Product availability and carrier appointments vary by state, licensing status, and eligibility. Flexible Schedule Brokers have flexibility in organizing their prospecting, appointments, client follow-up, and training schedules. This opportunity may be suitable for individuals looking to begin part-time as well as those interested in developing a full-time insurance career. Professional Growth High-performing brokers may have opportunities to take on additional responsibilities, including mentoring, training, and leadership within the organization. Licensing Requirements A valid state life insurance license is required before an individual may conduct insurance business. Candidates who are not currently licensed may still apply. Qualified candidates can receive information and guidance regarding the licensing process. Candidates are responsible for meeting applicable state licensing requirements. Compensation This is a commission-based insurance sales position . Compensation is based primarily on successfully placed insurance business and may vary based on individual production, product, carrier, contract level, and other applicable factors.
