This is a full-time, in-office position for someone who enjoys building relationships, helping customers protect what matters most, and contributing to a growing agency through both sales and service. In this role, you will assist new and existing customers with insurance products and services, policy changes, renewals, and coverage questions while also identifying opportunities to recommend additional products based on customer needs. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, energetic, and comfortable balancing customer service with sales responsibilities.
