Salary Range:

$15.00 - $17.00 per hour Benefits Hourly Base Salary + Commission Paid Time Off (PTO) Mon-Fri Schedule Career Growth Opportunities Requirements Active Property & Casualty Insurance License in the state of Michigan. Experience navigating insurance quoting platforms and carrier portals. Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite and basic office technology. Attention to detail when managing sensitive policy data. Clear and welcoming phone etiquette for daily client interactions. Prior experience in an insurance agency setting is helpful but not strictly required if you have the right drive. Responsibilities Connect with prospective clients to understand their coverage needs and offer appropriate protection. Prepare and present insurance quotes that provide real value to our local community. Manage policy renewals and answer questions to keep our clients feeling informed and secure. Update and maintain accurate records within our agency management system. Collaborate with the rest of our small team to ensure our office runs smoothly and efficiently. Follow up on leads and inquiries with a proactive and cheerful approach.
