What We Offer Base Salary:

$30,000 per year (stable, reliable income)

Tiered Commission Structure:

Uncapped earning potential. The more you sell, the higher your commission percentage climbs!

What You Will Do Drive Sales:

Follow up on agency-provided paid leads , prospect, and network to generate new business for auto, home, life, and commercial insurance.

Consult Clients:

Review potential customers' needs and tailor personalized insurance packages to protect what matters most to them.

Build Relationships:

Maintain strong connections with policyholders to ensure long-term retention and loyalty.

Hit Goals:

Meet and exceed mutually agreed-upon monthly sales targets. Who You Are Licensed (or willing to get licensed): Possess or are able to obtain a Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life & Health insurance license.

Sales-Minded:

Comfortable making outbound calls, overcoming objections, and closing deals.

Strong Communicator:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport.

Reliable & Professional:
