The ideal candidate will possess a strong sales background and a passion for helping clients understand their insurance needs. As an Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for building relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service, and promoting various insurance products to meet their needs. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to analyze client requirements effectively. Duties Develop and maintain relationships with clients through outside sales efforts and networking. Conduct thorough assessments of clients' insurance needs and provide tailored solutions. Communicate effectively with clients to explain policy options, coverage details, and benefits. Utilize telemarketing techniques to reach potential clients and generate leads. Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities for growth in insurance sales. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall performance. Stay updated on industry regulations, products, and best practices to provide informed advice. Requirements Preferred experience in outside sales or insurance sales is highly desirable. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in person and over the phone. Bilingual (Spanish) is preferred Ability to analyze information critically and make informed recommendations based on client requirements. A proactive approach to building relationships and generating new business opportunities. Must have a Property and Casualty (P&C) license as required by NJ state regulations for insurance agents.
