This position offers a competitive base salary, plus uncapped commissions, giving you full control over your income. In addition to new business commissions, you'll earn renewal income on your existing clients allowing your income to grow year over year. Your income is directly tied to your performance and production. Most first year agents typically earn $45k to $55k, with top performers exceeding $70k+. Second year agents typically earn $70k to $80k, with top performers exceeding $90k+. This role is ideally designed as a launchpad into a long term career with Farmers Insurance, including opportunities to advance into senior sales roles or agency ownership. so no experience is necessary to begin your career in insurance. Sales and customer service experience is helpful, but not required.
