® Family! We're seeking a sales associate with a deep passion for fighting supplies and sport with exceptional face-to-face customer service. This competitive position offers daily opportunities for commissions and deal-making.

Key Responsibilities :

Proactively engage and close sales in a retail setting using customer-tailored strategies, both independently and within a team. Navigate daily negotiations, applying tact and persuasion to ensure customer satisfaction and company success. Manage multiple customers simultaneously with excellent time management and customer prioritization skills. Maintain store cleanliness and organization, including daily opening/closing duties and inventory tracking.

Pay:

$12.00 - $14.00 per hour
