Stand out qualities:

Requires being a motivated self-starter. Strong sales ability and customer service skills. Organizational and time management skills. Property & Casualty license required. (If not licensed when hired, they must successfully pass the licensing exam within 30 days of hire, and/or within three examination attempts, whichever occurs first.) Must possess strong interpersonal communication skills. Ideal candidate has a positive attitude with a desire to serve our members. Eligibility for hire based on a clean background check and drug screen. High school education or equivalent, college degree or equivalent experience a plus.
